Transmission Owner and Interconnection Customer will keep each other and Transmission Provider advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Either Transmission Owner or Interconnection Customer may, at any time, request a progress report from the other, with a copy to be provided to the other Parties. If, at any time, Interconnection Customer determines that the completion of the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, Interconnection Customer will provide written notice to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner of such later date upon which the completion of the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades or Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities will be required.
