Work Permits. SE Global will use its best efforts to sponsor and or assist Capital Alliance in obtaining all necessary work visas for its personal and reimburse Capital Alliance for all costs related to such visas (the reimbursement does not cover the services provided according to Clause 2.2) whether it relates to a TN Visa, B-1 Visa, H-1B Vias, or National Interest Waiver Green Card necessary to work on the SE Global's behalf in the United States.
