Necessary prepared subgrade thickness calculations on embankments made out from QS0, QS1, QS2 and QS3 soils (soil quality classes and calculation methodology is described in UIC 719R); 2.2. Propose at least three cost-effective ways to stabilize “high plasticity soils with more than 15% of fines” (QS0 and QS1 soils according to UIC 719R).
