Work Method Analysis Clause Samples
The Work Method Analysis clause requires a thorough review and assessment of the methods and procedures to be used in performing the contracted work. Typically, this involves the contractor submitting detailed plans or descriptions of their intended approach, which may then be reviewed and approved by the client or project manager to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards. By mandating this analysis, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures that work is performed efficiently and safely, and reduces the risk of errors or accidents during project execution.
