OPERATION METHODOLOGY. A. The County’s intent is for one distinct maintenance management system for OC PW/O&M to be used. The contractor’s scope shall be devised into three phases and thirty-two (32) tasks: • PHASE I – ANNUAL PROGRAM UPDATE • PHASE II – SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT • PHASE III – SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT
