Common use of Work List Clause in Contracts

Work List. Landlord shall perform improvements to the Premises in accordance with the following work list (for purposes of this Exhibit B-1, the “Work List”) using Building-standard methods, materials and finishes. 1. Install Building standard carpet in the interior of the Premises. 2. Paint the interior of the Premises using Building standard paint. 3. Remove two (2) twenty-four inch side-light panels, frame and door on the corner office of the Premises.
