WORK INTERRUPTION PROHIBITED. The Union agrees during the term of this Agreement there will be no slowdown or strike, stoppage of work or refusal to work or to continue to work. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout.
WORK INTERRUPTION PROHIBITED. The parties agree that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no strike on the part of the Union or its members, or a lock-out on the part of the Employer.
WORK INTERRUPTION PROHIBITED. It is understood that during the term of this Agreement that the Employer will not lockout its employees. It is also understood that during the term of this Agreement the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer’s operation through its members. It is understood and agreed that any participation in any work slowdown that is designed to or does limit production or services will be cause for discharge.
