Common use of Work in rain Clause in Contracts

Work in rain. Tradespersons only (a) Where practicable suitable waterproof clothing shall be supplied by the Company to Tradespersons who are required to work in the rain. (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing where in the performance of work a Tradesperson gets their clothes wet, the Tradesperson shall be paid double rates for all work so performed until the Tradesperson is able to change into dry clothing or until the Tradesperson ceases work, whichever is the earlier.
