Work Hours and Noise. The Work shall be performed, only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Work shall not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The Corporation shall be the sole arbiter should there be any doubt as to noise levels which may be disturbing.
