Common use of Work Hours and Noise Clause in Contracts

Work Hours and Noise. The Work shall be performed, only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; provided however, that "noisy work" which may disturb other residents shall not be performed before 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. The Work shall not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All supplies and material are to be delivered within the above time.

Demolition work and removal of demolition refuse from the building must end by 12:00 Noon on Fridays.
