Work Flexibility within the Classification Structure. The parties to this agreement acknowledge the fundamental importance of maximum flexibility of work arrangements within the classification structure. As a result the parties commit to ensuring that all employees work to their full potential without regard to demarcation or restrictive work practices. In particular it is agreed that embracing new technologies and work methods is to be encouraged.
