Work Direction. Checking, verifying, reviewing, adjusting, correcting, coordinating and/or assigning work to others. May also include training and orientation duties ensuring standardization of procedures.
Work Direction. (a) Members of the Union shall not be required to take work direction from any person other than a member of the Union, a member of the Employer's management, or a person delegated to provide such direction by the President & CEO or designate or the Vice President, Human Resources, except that Union members may be directed by one of the above to take direction from the Employer's electricians, engineers or the IATSE Technical Director, while working with same, provided that the work performed under such direction is within the Union member's job specifications.
Work Direction. University will provide Project Personnel with reasonable direction, guidance, and leadership required for completion of Projects and the Work. To the extent authorized by applicable law, University agrees that Contractor will have no liability for the direction and guidance provided to Project Personnel by University in completing the Work.
