Common use of Work Days/Hours Clause in Contracts

Work Days/Hours. Vendor may conduct debris removal operations 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after the published sunrise/sunset, seven (7) days per week unless prohibited by ordinance. Any mechanical, debris reduction operations or burning operations may be conducted twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week or in accordance with Local, State or Federal decree. Adjustments to work days and/or work hours shall be as directed by County following consultation and notification to Vendor.
