Common use of WORK CONTINUITY Clause in Contracts

WORK CONTINUITY. 3.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, willful absence from assigned work station, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities by any teacher employee organization or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of these understandings, including compliance with the request of other employee organizations to engage in such activity.
