Job Actions Prohibited. The Union agrees that neither the Union nor any person acting in its behalf will cause, authorize, engage in, sanction, assist, or support, nor will any of its members take part in, any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, sickout, walkout, or other job action, nor shall there be any individual action the purpose of which is to induce employees to engage in such activities against the Employer during the term of this Agreement. It is understood that employees who participate in such activities may be subject to disciplinary action.
