Work Calendar. The District shall propose its annual work calendars (Appendix B) to CSEA for negotiations no later than April 15th and shall make themselves available to negotiate an agreement prior to May 15th with distribution of the work calendar to the classified staff by June 5.
Work Calendar. A. Ancillary employees will follow the Educational Service District calendar, unless exceptions are submitted in writing and are approved by appropriate supervisory personnel. All calendars will be designed to provide maximum service to students.
Work Calendar. The work calendar for Bus Drivers shall coincide with school days in session as determined by the District.
Work Calendar. The District shall, by the end of the first full week in June of each contract year, provide each employee with notice of the date of Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 that will be worked for their classification to begin the next contract year. Once so notified, these dates shall not be subject to change, except when an emergency condition exists.
Work Calendar. A. All employees shall be granted the pay specified in the salary notice issued by the Treasurer of the Board in accordance with the negotiated salary.
Work Calendar. The District shall annually establish work calendars for the various durations of annual employee assignments (e.g., 10 month, 11 month and 12 month); said calendars shall not be established or modified without prior consultation with the Federation.
Work Calendar. A. The Academic Calendar for all members of the bargaining unit shall be established by the District after consultation with the Association. Changes in the established Academic Calendar may be made after consultation with the Association. The Academic Calendar shall contain the numbers of workdays set forth in this Agreement, and shall be consistent with this Agreement. The Academic Calendar shall include Thanksgiving, and winter recess.
Work Calendar. 1. The academic calendar shall be 180 days for each unit member.
Work Calendar. Superintendent agrees to devote his time, skill, labor, and attention to the duties of Superintendent of the School district and shall follow the established work schedule of other administrators in the District.

Changes in the established Academic Calendar may be made after consultation with the Association. The Academic Calendar shall contain the numbers of workdays set forth in this Agreement, and shall be consistent with this Agreement. The Academic Calendar shall include Thanksgiving, and winter recess. Elimination of spring recess during the term of this contract, if spring recess is recommended to be eliminated by the Academic Calendar Committee, may only be done by written mutual consent of the District and the Association. Service days for members of the bargaining unit shall be scheduled on weekdays immediately before or after instructional days.
