Work-Based Training. provides more opportunities for workers to earn income while gaining critical job skills. Subrecipient shall ensure WIOA clients participating in work-based training do not replace regular employees and infringe on the promotional opportunities of currently employed individuals. Subrecipient shall comply with Federal, State and local worker displacement prohibitions.
