Work Apparel. The Board will reimburse, with receipt, up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year to full-time, cooks and bus drivers for job-related outerwear. The Board will reimburse, with receipt, up to one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per year to all full-time custodians for job related clothing. Part time employees shall receive a pro-rated outwear allowance based on hours worked.
