Common use of Work Apparel Clause in Contracts

Work Apparel. The Company may, at its discretion, implement appearance standards and/or a dress code consistent with State and Federal laws. The Company may change the standards and code at its discretion. For the employees in this MOA, participation in the AT&T Branded Apparel Program (BAP or Program) is mandatory. The Company can modify or discontinue this Program or the appearance standards and/or dress code at its discretion. If the BAP is discontinued for the employees listed in this MOA, the Company will give those employees a minimum notice of thirty (30) days prior to such discontinuance.
