Work Agreement. Landlord agrees to finish and improve the Premises in accordance with the work agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C (the “Work Agreement”) and shall have no obligation to make any other improvements or alterations. The work required of Landlord under the terms and conditions of the Work Agreement is referred to in this Lease as “Landlord’s Work”.
