SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

Commerce eXtensible Markup Language (cXML) This standard establishes the data contents required for invoicing via cXML within the context of an electronic environment. This transaction set can be used for invoicing via the AN for catalog and non-catalog goods and services. The cXML format is the Ariba preferred method for electronic invoicing.
Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.
Background Screening and Security 14 These General Contract Conditions supersede and replace in their entirety all General Contract Conditions, Form PUR 1000, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 60A-1.002, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.)
Meter and Cabling Be obliged to draw electricity lines/wires, television cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the said Apartment only through the ducts and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Promoter or to other apartment owners. The main electricity meter shall be installed only at the space designated for common meters. The Allottee shall under no circumstances be entitled to affix, draw or string wires, cables, dish antennae or pipes from, to or through any part or portion of and outside walls of the building in which the Apartment is located save in the manner indicated by the Promoter/Association (upon formation).
DATABASE OF RESTRICTED SUPPLIER The process of restriction is used to exclude a company/person from conducting future business with Transnet and other organs of state for a specified period. No Bid shall be awarded to a Bidder whose name (or any of its members, directors, partners or trustees) appear on the Register of Tender Defaulters kept by National Treasury, or who have been placed on National Treasury’s List of Restricted Suppliers. SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.
