Common use of WOMAN AND MINORITY OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (W/MBE) ASSURANCES Clause in Contracts

WOMAN AND MINORITY OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (W/MBE) ASSURANCES. 24.1 It is the policy of the Owner that W/MBEs, as defined in the Owner’s W/MBE Policy and Program, will have full and fair opportunities to compete for and participate in the performance of non-federally funded contracts or in the purchase of goods and services procured by the Owner. Consequently, the W/MBE requirements and the Owner’s W/MBE Policy and Program will apply to this Contract and are made a part hereof.

Consequently, the W/MBE requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 and the Owner’s W/MBE Policy and Program will apply to this Contract and are made a part hereof.
