WOC Assignment Methods. The Mini Solicitation WOC assignment method below applies to both Tier A PA Consultants and Tier B PA Consultants, for Agency projects and LPA projects. WOCs will be assigned using this method (but Agency reserves the right in its sole discretion to use any other methods permitted by applicable law).
