Common use of Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder. the agreements and obligations of the Borrower contained in this Section 2.15 shall survive the payment in full of the Obligations.

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder. the agreements and obligations of the Borrower contained in this Section 2.15 2.13 shall survive the payment in full of principal and interest hereunder and under the ObligationsNotes.

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder. the agreements and obligations of the Borrower contained in this Section 2.15 SECTION 13.9 shall survive the payment in full of the ObligationsLoans and all other amounts payable under this Agreement.

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder. the agreements and obligations of the Borrower contained in this Section 2.15 10.5 shall survive the payment in full of the ObligationsLoans and all other amounts payable under this Agreement.

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder. the agreements and obligations of the Borrower contained in this Section 2.15 12.9 shall survive the payment in full of the ObligationsLoans and all other amounts payable under this Agreement.

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder. the agreements and obligations of the Borrower contained in this Section 2.15 SECTION 2.7 shall survive the payment in full of all Obligations hereunder and under the ObligationsRevolving Notes.
