Common use of Without limiting Clause in Contracts

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxey Markets Inc. and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Bank of America, National Association and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Citibank N.A. and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited, to U.S. Bank, National Association, and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, SunTrust Banks, Inc, and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank & Trust Co. and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, [Name of Affiliate] and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, [ ] and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, __________________________ and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer; provided, however, the Dealer and affiliates of the Dealer will not share such information pursuant to this Section 3.9 other than in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or other dealings with respect to the Issuer and its affiliates.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other publicly available information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Bank of America, N.A., and that such affiliates may likewise share such publicly available information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, Bank of America, N.A., and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, ________________, and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other publicly available information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, and that such affiliates may likewise share such publicly available information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.(9) and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information (other than any Company Information to the extent that it consists of information that the Issuer has designated in writing to the Dealer as confidential) and any other non-confidential information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to, __________________________ and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.

Without limiting. any obligation of the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement to provide the Dealer with credit and financial information, the Issuer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Dealer may share the Company Information and any other information or matters relating to the Issuer or the transactions contemplated hereby with affiliates of the Dealer, including, but not limited to Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and Banco Popular North America and that such affiliates may likewise share information relating to the Issuer or such transactions with the Dealer.
