Common use of Without limiting Clause in Contracts

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to Reconex, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to Reconex. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of Reconex; and, (b) Reconex shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexVarTec, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexVarTec. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex VarTec pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex VarTec elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex VarTec to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexVarTec; and, (b) Reconex VarTec shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexCSTC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexCSTC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex CSTC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex CSTC elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex CSTC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexCSTC; and, (b) Reconex CSTC shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexVNCI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexVNCI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex VNCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex VNCI elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex VNCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexVNCI; and, (b) Reconex VNCI shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexBTLLC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexBTLLC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex BTLLC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex BTLLC elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex BTLLC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexBTLLC; and, (b) Reconex BTLLC shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexCTT, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexCTT. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex CTT pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex CTT elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex CTT to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexCTT; and, (b) Reconex CTT shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexNUI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexNUI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex NUI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex NUI elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex NUI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexNUI; and, (b) Reconex NUI shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexMHT, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexMHT. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex MHT pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex MHT elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex MHT to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexMHT; and, (b) Reconex MHT shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexNL, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexNL. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex NL pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex NL elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex NL to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexNL; and, (b) Reconex NL shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexAURA, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexAURA. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex AURA pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex AURA elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex AURA to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexAURA; and, (b) Reconex AURA shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexKDL, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexKDL. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex KDL pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex KDL elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex KDL to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexKDL; and, (b) Reconex KDL shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexCiera, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexCiera. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Ciera pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Ciera elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Ciera to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexCiera; and, (b) Reconex Ciera shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexNorcom, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexNorcom. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Norcom pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Norcom elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Norcom to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexNorcom; and, (b) Reconex Norcom shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexOneStar, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexOneStar. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex OneStar pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex OneStar elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex OneStar to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexOneStar; and, (b) Reconex OneStar shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexIntrado, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexIntrado. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Intrado pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Intrado elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Intrado to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexIntrado; and, (b) Reconex Intrado shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexNTE, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexNTE. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex NTE pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex NTE elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex NTE to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexNTE; and, (b) Reconex NTE shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexPNG, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexPNG. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex PNG pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex PNG elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex PNG to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexPNG; and, (b) Reconex PNG shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexAccess Point, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexAccess Point. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Access Point pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Access Point elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Access Point to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexAccess Point; and, (b) Reconex Access Point shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexWinco, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexWinco. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Winco pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Winco elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Winco to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexWinco; and, (b) Reconex Winco shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexRACC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexRACC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex RACC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex RACC elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex RACC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexRACC; and, (b) Reconex RACC shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex ATI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex ATI elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex ATI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexATI; and, (b) Reconex ATI shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexCBB, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexCBB. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex CBB pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex CBB elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex CBB to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexCBB; and, (b) Reconex CBB shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexCCA, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexCCA. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex CCA pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex CCA elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex CCA to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexCCA; and, (b) Reconex CCA shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexIG2, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexIG2. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex IG2 pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex IG2 elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex IG2 to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexIG2; and, (b) Reconex IG2 shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexYmax, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexYmax. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Ymax pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Ymax elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Ymax to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexYmax; and, (b) Reconex Ymax shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexPremiere, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexPremiere. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Premiere pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Premiere elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Premiere to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexPremiere; and, (b) Reconex Premiere shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexProspeed, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexProspeed. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Prospeed pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Prospeed elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Prospeed to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexProspeed; and, (b) Reconex Prospeed shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexFRCI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexFRCI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex FRCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex FRCI elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex FRCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexFRCI; and, (b) Reconex FRCI shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to ReconexMMG, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNEs UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to ReconexMMG. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex MMG pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex MMG elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex MMG to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexMMG; and, (b) Reconex MMG shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Premiere pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Premiere elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Premiere to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexPremiere; and, (b) Reconex Premiere shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Velocity pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Velocity elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Velocity to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexVelocity; and, (b) Reconex Velocity shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex NOS pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex NOS elects to purchase other Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex NOS to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexNOS; and, (b) Reconex NOS shall pay all applicable charges for such Services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex DMJ pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex DMJ elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex DMJ to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexDMJ; and, (b) Reconex DMJ shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex TNCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex TNCI elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex TNCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexTNCI; and, (b) Reconex TNCI shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to Reconex Prepaid pursuant to this Section 1.5 and Reconex Prepaid elects to purchase other Services services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with Reconex Prepaid to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such Services services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of ReconexPrepaid; and, (b) Reconex Prepaid shall pay all applicable charges for such Servicesservices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.
