Without Cause. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment without Cause. The Company shall deliver to Executive a Notice of Termination (as defined in Section 7 below) not less than thirty (30) days prior to the termination of Executive’s employment without Cause and the Company shall have the option of terminating Executive’s duties and responsibilities prior to the expiration of such thirty-day notice period, provided the Company pays Base Salary through the end of such notice period.

Without Cause. The Company shall deliver to Executive a Notice of Termination (as defined in Section 7 below) not less than thirty (30) days prior to the termination of Executive’s employment without Cause and the Company shall have the option of terminating absolute right to terminate the Executive’s duties and responsibilities prior 's employment without Cause at any time. If the Company elects to terminate the Executive without Cause, the Company shall give seven days written notice to the expiration of such thirty-day notice period, provided the Company pays Base Salary through the end of Executive. The date that is seven days after such notice periodis received by the Executive is referred to in this Agreement as the "Termination Date."
