WITHIN SUBDIVISION. The owner will construct all catch basins within all other areas of the subdivision as shown on the plan of subdivision or any other plan required by the Municipal Engineer and shall provide to the Municipality such easements as shall be required by the Municipal Engineer to permit access to the said catch basins: the said easements shall be provided to the Municipality by the Owner as set out in clause 59.
