Within Call Window Sample Clauses
The "Within Call Window" clause defines a specific period during which a particular action, such as the exercise of a call option or the redemption of securities, can be initiated by a party. Typically, this window is set out in the contract and may specify exact dates or a timeframe after certain conditions are met. For example, a bond issuer may only redeem bonds at a set price within a designated call window, after which different terms may apply. The core function of this clause is to provide clear boundaries for when certain contractual rights can be exercised, thereby reducing uncertainty and helping both parties plan accordingly.

If the equipment cannot be promptly restored to good working order without maintenance assistance on site, Vendor will supply repair personnel on site within the response time (from the time of the return telephone call by Customer so notifying him) provided in the Purchase Order. Such Vendor personnel will then commence and diligently prosecute efforts to correct the noticed problems and to restore the equipment to good working order, and will continue such efforts until the equipment is satisfactorily repaired.
