WITHHOLDING, SUSPENDING OR REPAYMENT OF GRANT. 11.1. Without prejudice to the Authority's other rights and remedies, the Authority may withhold or suspend payment of the Grant and/or require the Recipient to repay any Unspent Monies if any of the events set out in clause 34 arise.
