Common use of Withdrawals from Interest Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Interest Funding Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.13 with respect to any Tranche of Notes will be made from the Interest Funding sub-Account established for that Tranche only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.02, 3.03, 3.04 and 3.07. In no event will the aggregate amount of the withdrawals from an Interest Funding sub-Account for any month be more than the amount on deposit in the applicable Interest Funding sub-Account. A single Tranche of Notes may be entitled to more than one of the following withdrawals in any month.

Withdrawals from Interest Funding Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.13 3.15 with respect to any Tranche of CHASEseries Notes will be made from the Interest Funding subSub-Account established for that Tranche only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.02, 3.03, 3.04 3.04, 3.05 and 3.073.09. In no event will the aggregate amount of the withdrawals from an Interest Funding subSub-Account for any month be more than the amount on deposit in the applicable Interest Funding subSub-Account. A single Tranche of CHASEseries Notes may be entitled to more than one of the following withdrawals in any month.

In no event will the aggregate amount of the withdrawals from an Interest Funding subSub-Account for any month be more than the amount on deposit in the applicable Interest Funding subSub-Account. A single Tranche of SynchronySeries Notes may be entitled to more than one of the following withdrawals in any month.

Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.13 3.15 with respect to any Tranche of ONEseries Notes will be made from the Interest Funding subSub-Account established for that Tranche only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.02, 3.03, 3.04 3.04, 3.05 and 3.073.09. In no event will the aggregate amount of the withdrawals from an Interest Funding subSub-Account for any month be more than the amount on deposit in the applicable Interest Funding subSub-Account. A single Tranche of ONEseries Notes may be entitled to more than one of the following withdrawals in any month.

Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.13 4.13 with respect to any Tranche of Notes will be made from the Interest Funding sub-Account established for that Tranche only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.024.02, 3.034.03, 3.04 4.04 and 3.074.07. In no event will the aggregate amount of the withdrawals from an Interest Funding sub-Account for any month be more than the amount on deposit in the applicable Interest Funding sub-Account. A single Tranche of Notes may be entitled to more than one of the following withdrawals in any month.
