Common use of Withdrawal of caveat Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of caveat. If Council lodges a caveat in accordance with this clause 12, Council must do all things reasonably required to remove the registration of that caveat from the title to the Land once this Agreement has been registered on the title to Land in accordance with clause 8.

Withdrawal of caveat. If Council lodges a caveat in accordance with this clause 125, Council must do all things reasonably required to remove the registration of that caveat from the title to the Land once this Agreement has been registered on the title to the Land in accordance with clause 84.
