Common use of Withdrawal of Capital Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Capital. No Member has the right to withdraw any part of its Capital Contribution from the Company or to receive the return of any part of its Membership Interest in the Company prior to the Company’s liquidation and termination pursuant to Article X hereof.

Withdrawal of Capital.
