Common use of Withdrawal of Capital Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Capital. No Member shall have any right to withdraw from the Company except in connection with the admission of one or more Transferees of all of such Member's Shares in the Company. No Member shall have any right to require the Company to repurchase or redeem all or any portion of its Shares except as provided in or pursuant to any Statement of Preferences. Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share Commitment.

Withdrawal of Capital. No Except as may be specifically provided in this Agreement, no Member shall have any the right to withdraw from the Company except in connection with the admission all or any part of one his or more Transferees of all of such Member's Shares in the Company. No Member her capital contribution nor shall he or she have any right to require demand and receive property or cash of the Company to repurchase in return of his or redeem all or any portion of its Shares except as provided in or pursuant to any Statement of Preferences. Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share Commitmenther capital contribution.

Withdrawal of Capital. No Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, no Member shall have any the right to (a) withdraw from the Company except all or any part of its Stated Contribution Amount or capital contributions made to the Company, or (b) demand and receive property or cash of the Company in connection with the admission of one or more Transferees of all return of such Member's Shares in ’s Stated Contribution Amount or capital contributions made to the Company. No Member shall have any right to require the Company to repurchase or redeem all or any portion of its Shares except as provided in or pursuant to any Statement of Preferences. Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share Commitment.

No Member shall have any right to require the Company to repurchase or redeem all or any portion of its Shares distribution in return for his capital contributions, except as may be specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to any Statement of Preferences. Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share Commitmentrequired by the Act.

No Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, no Capital Member shall have any the right to withdraw capital from the Company except in connection with the admission of one or more Transferees of all of such Member's Shares in the Company. No Member shall have to receive any right to require the Company to repurchase distribution or redeem all or any portion return of its Shares except as provided in or pursuant to any Statement of Preferences. Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share CommitmentCapital Contribution.

Withdrawal of Capital. No Member shall have any the right to withdraw from any part of his or her capital contribution prior to the Company dissolution of the LLC, except as provided in connection with the admission of one or more Transferees of all of such Member's Shares in the Companythis Agreement. No Member shall be entitled to interest on his or her capital contribution. Each Member expressly waives the right, if any, to bring an action for partition of any property in which the LLC may have any right to require the Company to repurchase or redeem all or any portion of its Shares except as provided in or pursuant to any Statement of Preferences. Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share Commitmentan interest.

Further, no Common Member shall have any right to withdraw its Common Share Commitmentproperty other than money.

Withdrawal of Capital.
