Common use of Withdrawal of Capital Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Capital. No Partner will be entitled to withdraw any part of his/her capital contribution to the Partnership, or receive any distributions from the Partnership, except as provided in this Agreement. No Partner will be entitled to demand or receive any property from the Partnership other than cash, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Withdrawal of Capital. No Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, no Partner will shall be entitled to withdraw any part of his/her his Capital Account or to receive any distribution from the Partnership, and no Partner shall be entitled or required to make any additional capital contribution to the Partnership, or receive any distributions from the Partnership, except as provided in this Agreement. Withdrawal of Capital. Except as expressly provided hereunder, no Partner may withdraw capital from the Partnership without the consent of all other Partners. No Partner will shall be entitled to withdraw any part interest on its contributions of his/her capital contribution to the Partnership. The Partners agree that no Partner shall be personally liable for the return of the capital contributions of any other Partner, or receive if and to the extent that any distributions return is required, and any such return shall be made solely from the assets of the Partnership, except as provided in this Agreement. No Partner will be entitled to demand or receive any property from the Partnership other than cash, except as otherwise provided in this Agreementif any.
