Withdrawal and Repayment of Clergyperson Contribution Account. (a) Whenever a Clergyperson, who is not vested in his/her benefit attributable to Plan Sponsor contributions, withdraws his/her Clergyperson Contribution Account, his/her benefit attributable to Plan Sponsor contributions shall be forfeited. However, if the Clergyperson is vested in the benefit attributable to Plan Sponsor contributions, no forfeiture shall occur, even in the case of such a withdrawal.
