Common use of Withdraw Clause in Contracts

Withdraw. A student may withdraw from the School at any time and enroll in another public school, as determined by District policy. The School shall work in conjunction with the parent(s) and the receiving school to ensure that such transfers minimize impact on the student’s grades and academic achievement. Interscholastic Extracurricular Activity Students at the School are eligible to participate in an interscholastic extracurricular activity at the public school to which the student would be otherwise assigned to attend pursuant to section 1006.15(3)(d) and 1002.20(18)(c), Florida Statutes.
