With Other Users. Trip will need to share certain information including personal information with other user to ensure the facilitation of booking and performance • If you offer a trip through the app, information about this trip will be visible to the public which includes your First name, the city you are heading from and the city you are heading too, how far you are from other users that desire similar pick up and drop location, car information and other profile information you disclose. • When you, as a Rider, request to book a trip , certain information about you is shared with the Driver including your First Name, Profile information, exact addresses you have entered to be picked up and dropped off, and any additional information you disclose. • If you are a driver and ready to pick up another rider we may use your location information to inform the rider that you are near pickup location and when you arrive to pick up location.

  • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.

  • Agreements with Other Service Providers Each Fund hereby appoints FSSC as the Fund’s agent to enter into agreements with financial intermediaries that are not registered as broker/dealers under the 1934 Act (each an “Unregistered Intermediary”) to provide Services to their customers that are Shareholders of the Fund. Each Fund agrees to pay Service Fees at an annual rate as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement of up to 0.25% of the average net assets held in Fund accounts for which an Unregistered Intermediary has agreed to provide Services. Any such accounts shall not be treated as FSSC Accounts for purposes of this Agreement.
