Wireless Data Usage. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that the wireless data is not unlimited, and that Merchant may be subject to pro- rata surcharging in the event Merchant consumes in excess of 200 MB in any calendar month. This additional fee will be debited in addition to the Total Monthly Service Fee. Merchant must contact Company if Merchant wishes to disable its 4G LTE capabilities and suspend Data Plan Fee billing.
