The Wireless Data Usage clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the use of wireless data services under an agreement. Wireless Data Usage. The Service contemplates that users’ data consumption rates will be typical/similar to the data consumption rates experienced by services similar to the Services. In the event that Tierra determines that Customer’s data consumption exceeds a reasonable level it shall notify Customer and may, in the exercise of its absolute and sole discretion, suspend Customer’s access to the Service for as long as deemed necessary by Tierra. Tierra reserves the right to charge Customer for overage charges it may incur associated with Customer’s excessive data consumption. Invoices for overage charges shall be paid within 30 days of the date of the subject invoice. Customer shall not be entitled to suspend any payments or to offset any amounts due.
Wireless Data Usage. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that the wireless data is not unlimited, and that Merchant may be subject to pro- rata surcharging in the event Merchant consumes in excess of 200 MB in any calendar month. This additional fee will be debited in addition to the Total Monthly Service Fee. Merchant must contact Company if Merchant wishes to disable its 4G LTE capabilities and suspend Data Plan Fee billing.
Wireless Data Usage. Services may include wireless data transmission services and certain Services include wireless data transmission and related wireless data packages/limits. The fees charged for Services are determined, in part, on reasonable levels of end-user data consumption based on IceQ’s market and industry analysis. In the event that IceQ deems Customer’s data consumption as excessive, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, IceQ may ▇▇▇▇ Customer for such excessive use. Invoices for such excessive consumption shall be paid within 30 days of the date of the subject invoice.

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. 9.2 BellSouth will provide LIDB Storage upon written request to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager stating a requested activation date.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, e-Tel must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month, Assuming Bank shall provide Receiver:

  • Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship.
