Common use of Wire Transfers Clause in Contracts

Wire Transfers. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this Indenture, the Company may make any payment required to be deposited with the Trustee on account of principal of, premium, if any, or interest on, the Securities by any method of wire transfer to an account designated in writing by the Trustee such that funds are available on or before 12:00 p.m., New York City time, on the date such payment is to be made to the Holders of the Securities in accordance with the terms hereof.

Wire Transfers. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this Indenture, the Company may make any payment required to be deposited with the Trustee on account of principal of, premium, if any, or interest on, the Securities of any series by any method of wire transfer to an account designated in writing by the Trustee such that funds are available received by the Trustee by 10:00 a.m. (New York time) on or before 12:00 p.m., New York City time, on the date such payment is to be made to the Holders of the Securities of such series in accordance with the terms hereof.

Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this Indenture, the Company may make any payment of money required to be deposited with the Trustee on account of principal of, or premium, if any, or interest on, the Debt Securities (whether pursuant to optional or mandatory redemption payments, interest payments or otherwise) by any method of wire transfer in immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by the Trustee such that funds are available on or before 12:00 p.m.by 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the date such payment money is to be made paid to the Holders of the Debt Securities in accordance with the terms hereof.
