The Winter Storage clause establishes the terms under which property, such as boats or vehicles, may be stored during the winter months. Winter Storage. The Campground may allow the Unit to remain on 208 the premises of the Campground during the period between the end of the 209 season for which this Agreement was executed and the commencement of an 210 additional period. (Nov –Mar) $150 is due September 30, if not paid by September 30, a $50 late fee will be applied, if not paid by Oct 8th, all personal belongings must be removed from the campsite at the end of the season. b) Only the shed, firepit, and deck are to be left on the site.
c) All decorative and personal belongings must be removed from the campsite. All on-site equipment, such as B.B.Q.s, chairs, swings, planters, toys, etc., is to be stored inside your camping unit or shed. No items can be stored under the deck or under the trailer.
d) No equipment is to remain on-site outside and must be removed.
e) Byng Island - Vehicles or equipment other than the camping unit - such as boats, boat trailers and utility trailers - are not permitted to remain on-site.
Winter Storage. Until further notice, charges for winter storage are included in the seasonal fee, however there is no winter storage permitted for unauthorized vehicles.
