HOLDING TANKS. Vehicle holding tanks requiring dumping by FRASERWAY RV LP staff will be subject to a service charge of $35.00.
HOLDING TANKS. In the event an Exhibitor is required to utilize a portable toilet or holding tank, the Exhibitor shall make arrangements for said holding tank with the Fair and shall be responsible for payment, in advance, to the Fair for the charge for the holding tank at the time it is rented. Exhibitors may use their own holding tanks provided they hold a minimum of 150 gallons and meet all applicable laws, rules, ordinances and statutes concerning holding tanks. Holding tanks must be pumped daily, or, as needed, and any water standing on the ground shall not be permitted.

If holding tanks are present, Captain should empty holding tanks while underway, in the channel, away from any land, harbors or marinas. HOLDING TANKS. Fresh and wastewater holding tanks must be properly sized, permanently installed on the unit and equipped with a valve to empty/fill the tanks from the exterior of the unit in a manner which prevents contamination of ground surfaces or mobile unit.
HOLDING TANKS. The Tenant shall ensure that all black water and grey water from the recreational vehicle flows into the Tank and shall ensure that the recreational vehicle has been pumped out dry by the end of the Season.
HOLDING TANKS. Rental units are released full of fresh water and sewage tanks empty. You are not required to empty the holding tanks at the time of return. However, if you are dry camping and need the tanks emptied or fresh water filled during your stay, then you will be required to perform your own service at your own expense. Please note that most RV monitors don’t give accurate readings, do not rely on them (use your own judgment). We are not responsible for any discrepancies. Customer is required to provide any sewage chemicals if they desire use of them but shall notify Rental Company of their use. Toilet: Toilets can easily become clogged when you use too much or incorrect type of toilet paper. We are not responsible for any clogs. A fee of $ 25.00 will be charged to remove any clogs when the rental is returned. If you have any questions on how to use the toilet please ask your driver when your unit is dropped off.

HOLDING TANKS a) Only holding tanks specifically designed for trailers may store potable, grey and black water. Portable waste holding tanks are only used to transport waste to the designated dumping station.
