Winter Gritting. The Supplier will provide a proactive gritting service to the location across the car park and hard standing areas within the DCC demise when the temperature reaches freezing point (as determined by the Met Office and monitored by the Supplier). This is to provide as far as is reasonably practicable a safe environment for employee car parks and key pedestrian walkways. The Supplier needs to ensure local building management is aware of activity being undertaken. Gritting must be done in a safe manner, with proper warning signs for all employees. Gritting service shall only be provided with the DCC demise at this site.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.
