Lighting Maintenance. 10.1. Contractor will be responsible for maintaining all lighting including, but not limited to, pedestrian and string lights. Additional maintenance beyond replacing light bulbs and inspection for damage shall be deemed as Extra Work.

Lighting Maintenance. The lamp acrylic must be changed when needed. • The fluorescent lamps must be changed in a period of 15,000-20,000 use hours, depending on the type of bulb. • The ballasts should be checked in order to verify that they are in good working order. • The function of the floor and wall lamps should be checked. • Lamps and other lighting sources shall be checked as well as the repair and painting of the out lockers when warranted. OEM means the Original Equipment Manufacturer. MONTHLY PROGRAM (or according to OEM’s recommendations)
Lighting Maintenance. The cost of all replacement lamps, starters and ballasts is included within the Charges. The Supplier shall issue to DCC Account Manager for approval, and before commencement, a proposed programme for bulk lamp replacement having due regard to access restrictions. Spot lamp replacement (i.e. lamps in an area failing individually) shall be undertaken at no additional cost to DCC in-between bulk lamp replacement. Lamps shall also be replaced to obviate significant discolouration and light output reduction. All lamps shall have a colour temperature of 3500 ˚K and shall be as manufactured by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ or other quality manufacturer approved by DCC Account Manager.
