Windows Server. The version of the Product acquired by Company for the purposes of Distributing a Downgrade Image: (i) must be the most current version of the Product. For example, as of the Effective date of this PEG (May 1, 2021), the most current version of Windows Server IoT is Windows Server IoT 2019. (ii) is subject to the core license requirements for the most current version of the Product, as described in AT 3004 (Core License Model Requirements – Windows Server). As such, core license coverage for all Physical Cores on the Downgrade Image System must be included in calculating the requisite core licenses for the most current version of the Product necessary to cover the Downgrade Image System.
