Common use of Windcave Logo Clause in Contracts

Windcave Logo. If Customer uses a capture method for credit or debit card processing using a system which is not hosted by Windcave, Customer agrees to display the Windcave Logo in a readily visible position on the user interface of Customer’s system where the credit or debit card data is captured. The Windcave Logo must not be altered or used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Windcave.
