Common use of Where required Clause in Contracts

Where required. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall make applications to the Registrar of Trademarks (or equivalent) for the registration of Cypress as a registered user of the Trademarks in respect of each registration of the Trademark and Cypress shall co-operate with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ in making such applications.
