Common use of Where required Clause in Contracts

Where required. CRISP shall perform audits in a remote setting and shall provide such audit logs to Participant as reasonably requested. 1.03 CRISP Responsibilities as to the Direct ServiceCRISP Services: ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ will provide Participant with access to the Direct Service through the Direct WebsiteCRISP Services. CRISP may establish additional Terms of Use, including those required by the addition to those of the Direct Licensed Technology Provider with respect to Licensed Services, that are consistent with the Direct Licensed Technology Provider Agreement with CRISP from time-to-time by posting on the Direct CRISP Website. Any such Terms of Use will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference as of the date of posting. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ will provide documentation on how to access and use the DirectCRISP Services available to Participant on the Direct CRISP Website. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ will provide telephone support during its normal business hours to answer reasonable questions regarding how to use the DirectCRISP Services. d. CRISP will maintain all licenses necessary for Participant to access the f.d. Direct Licensed Services ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ will create and maintain for seven (7) years an audit trail of Participant’s (including each Subscribed Participant User) transactions. CRISP will establish file size and mailbox limits which will be posted on the CRISP’s website with an explanation of what happens when the limits are exceeded. These limits may change during the term of this Agreement.
