Common use of WHERE PAYABLE Clause in Contracts

WHERE PAYABLE. The Tenant shall pay the Rent, in lawful currency of the United States of America, to the Landlord by delivering or mailing it to the Landlord’s address which is set forth in section 20, or to such other address or in such other manner as the Landlord from time to time specifies by written notice to the Tenant.
